I'm Seydina Issa Laye Gaye, and with over 10 years of cooking experience as a local Minnesota chef, I specialize in catering that reflects my Senegalese roots and New York upbringing. Each dish I create is a fusion of diverse cultural influences I've encountered throughout my life, showcasing unique flavors and traditions. My creative approach in the kitchen ensures that every meal is a delightful journey for the palate.  As Dr. Seuss once said, "Why fit in when you were born to stand out?" This philosophy inspires me to create dishes that not only nourish but also express individuality and creativity.
